AirCargo attracts industry representatives from the express delivery industries, plus the airlines, air forwarding companies, air freight and expedited trucking companies, logistics providers, courier companies, airport authorities, and the myriad of suppliers to these industries. The trade show and conference is known for attracting top decision makers with the buying power needed at a major marketplace event

AirCargo has enjoyed a 50% increase in attendees since the 2003 show.  Attendees surveyed after the 2012 event gave AirCargo a 95% overall rating for meeting their expectations and needs.   
The popular prize drawing at AirCargo has attracted more donors and prizes, making it an exciting element of AirCargo that helps boost attendance and rewards attendees.

Refund of Attendee or Spouse/Significant Other/Child and Golf registration fees, minus a $100.00 per person administrative fee, will be provided upon receipt of a written notice of cancellation postmarked or emailed no later than February 5, 2012.
Requests are to be mailed to AirCargo 2012, 9532 Liberia Avenue, #705, Manassas, VA 20110-1719. Registrants who fail to attend and do not send written notices of cancellation prior to February 5, 2012 are liable for the full registration fee; no refunds will be given. However, substitutions will be accepted.
